These terms apply to your use of this website and to trips booked through AL-Iqra Holidays, operated by ALIQRA HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry form does not create a confirmed booking. A trip is confirmed only once AL-Iqra Holidays and the traveller have agreed on the itinerary, pricing and payment terms directly, typically by phone or WhatsApp.

Online payments

Package browsing and enquiries never require upfront payment. Where you choose to pay online — for example an advance confirmed with our team — this is done through the Payment Link page via Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details at any point.

Pricing

Prices shown on this site, where listed, are indicative starting prices and may vary based on season, availability, group size and the final itinerary agreed with you.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, refund and date-change terms depend on the season, hotel and transport partners involved, and are confirmed with you at the time of booking. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds on amounts paid online are handled.

Permits and official processes

For trips involving the Vaishno Devi or Amarnath yatras, or Ladakh's protected areas, certain registrations and permits are issued directly by the relevant government or shrine board authority. We assist with this process where possible, but final issuance is outside our control.

Travel risk

Travel in mountainous and high-altitude regions carries inherent risks, including weather-related delays and altitude-related health effects. We provide guidance to reduce these risks, but travellers are responsible for their own health precautions and should consider travel insurance.
