AL-Iqra Holidays sells travel planning services, not physical goods — nothing is shipped or couriered as part of a booking.

How our services are delivered

Once your trip is confirmed, "delivery" means your itinerary, hotel and transport confirmations and any permit paperwork being sent to you by email and/or WhatsApp, and the arranged services (transfers, hotel stays, yatra logistics support, etc.) being provided on your travel dates as agreed.

Timing

Booking confirmations and itinerary documents are typically shared within 24–48 hours of a trip being finalised and any required payment being received. Permit-related paperwork for Ladakh's protected areas or Gurez Valley follows the relevant authority's own processing timeline, which we'll keep you updated on.
